Kids Access All Areas Vouchers Application

The Kids Access All Areas Vouchers Program (Program) is provided by the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism and Sport (CITS).

Voucher reservations made via this manual process will take 10 – 15 business days to be allocated. Redemption of vouchers via this process will be processed and paid by CITS third party provider Waivpay. Instructions for redemption will be emailed to successful voucher claimants with their vouchers.

The Kids Access All Areas Vouchers program supports Western Australian children to attend arts experiences. Over a two-year period, up to 50,000 vouchers will be made available across both the Perth metropolitan and regional areas of WA. The Program is intended to increase participation of children and young people, aged 5 to 15 years old, in arts and cultural events with each child and young person eligible for a voucher to the value of $50.

Eligibility requirements

• You must be a Western Australia resident 18 years of age or older, to claim a voucher.
• As a parent or guardian, you can reserve a $50 voucher for each child aged 5 to 15 years, up to four children maximum.
• Once you have reserved your vouchers, you have until 31 May 2026 to purchase your tickets from an eligible venue/provider and claim your rebate.
• Vouchers and rebates are only applicable to parents and guardians located in Western Australia.
• A rebate can only be claimed if you have reserved a voucher/s, from 11 December 2025 and until 25,000 vouchers have been reserved.
• You will only be eligible to claim a rebate for tickets purchased from the approved list of venues and providers, and if you have a voucher/s to claim against.
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed against sporting events, workshops, classes, or food, beverage or merchandise purchases.
• Purchasing eligible tickets from an approved venue or provider is your responsibility. You agree to release and indemnify and keep indemnified CITS and the State from any loss, claim or liability arising out of, or in relation purchasing of tickets from an approved venue or providers that are the subject of this program except to the extent such loss, claim or liability is caused by CITS’s or the State’s negligence or breach of law.

To complete this form you will need proof of your identity as the claimant, based on a 100-Point identity check. Proof of identity is not required for each child.

Personal Information Collection Notice

When you reserve a voucher, CITS uses and discloses the following information about you and your child, which is collected through the form:

• your name, date of birth, address and bank details (your Personal Information);
• your child’s name and age (your Child’s Personal Information);
• your personal identification documents (your ID)

Your Personal Information, your ID and your Child’s Personal Information is used by CITS for the purposes of verifying your eligibility and issuing you with your voucher. Failure to provide your Personal Information, your ID or your Child’s Personal Information will mean that we may not be able to provide this offer to you.

Your Personal Information will also be collected by WAIVPAY for the purposes of delivering the rebate service, including payment processing and fraud prevention. WAIVPAY may also provide CITS with access your tax invoice, name, contact details, voucher number and claimed amount for the purpose of ensuring the integrity of the program. CITS will not retain a record of this information and will not access your bank account information.
